What forms of payment do you accept?

All orders are shipped from Hardwick, GA  

How much will it cost me for shipping?

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders below $50 will be charged a flat rate of $4 shipping via USPS First Class with tracking, $8 flat rate for USPS with tracking and insurance and $25 for overnight shipping USPS. 

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 1-3 days for processing time depending on our order volume. We ship orders on Monday-Friday. We do  not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders are typically sent via the USPS, delivery can take 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS NOT including weekends. You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped. 

Can I return or exchange an item?

NO REFUNDS EXCHANGES OR RETURNS!!! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!  We know sometimes things can get damaged during the delivery process. If you receive a damaged item, please email info@dstreasurechest.com with a photo of the damaged product within 72 hours of delivery.  Please put the word "Damage" and "order number" in the subject line.  We will send you a replacement, or issue you store credit minus the delivery fee.  We do not guarantee product availability on your damaged item. 

What happens when my order is returned to the sender?

Once your order is returned to D & S Treasure Chest, we will issue store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.
